Return and Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day period at info@nourvela.com and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your name and order number.

After notifying us, you must return the products within 14 days.

Return conditions

Please return products with their original packaging and all included items. You may inspect the products as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

Products sent back without first contacting us may cause delays in processing the return.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where the complaint is valid, Nourvela will cover reasonable return costs or provide another appropriate solution.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible at info@nourvela.com if it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where possible.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned products.

When you withdraw from the complete order, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
